Bittersweet Patisseries was created and owned by Pastry Chef, Jenni Key over 14 years ago producing the finest products which tasted as good as they looked.
With a great reputation and experience from all over the world Jenni focused on quality from beginning to end.
Over 5 years ago Jenni sold the business to 2 of her patisserie students whom studied under her tuition at Regency Park TAFESA. Lei Lei and Sai Nguyet Nham (Moon), the new owners, continued the business under the mentorship of Jenni, with the same focus on quality of ingredients as well as the finished product.
It is only now that the owners wish to have a break that they have decided to sell the business to Simply Desserts. The change in ownership occurred on 1 April 2021.
There will not be discernible change in the business other than the change of it’s name and some renovations to the front of the shop. Lei Lei and Moon will be on hand for the first month physically supporting the new owners so they are confident that the quality of the products will not change at all since they will also be closely following the original recipes. The address and phone number of the new business, Simply Desserts, is also still the same.
We look forward in due course to announce any new business venture that may await Lei Lei and Moon and the business name Bittersweet Patisserie.
