All of our cakes are made on the premises with traditional recipes.
For all of our occasion cakes the following varieties are available.
We recommend the following flavours for tiered cakes and novelty cakes, they are perfect for building and layering tiered cakes as they are solid enough to create stability, also for the carving of novelty cakes to create amazing designs.
Chocolate Mud – Moist rich chocolate cake
Vanilla Mud – Moist vanilla cake
Lemon and White Chocolate – Soft vanilla butter cake with tangy lemon flavour
Raspberry and white chocolate – Soft vanilla butter cake with fresh raspberries
Marble – Vanilla and chocolate swirled together
The following cakes are soft and delicious. Single tiers and slabs can be decorated to suit almost any occasion.
Belgium Chocolate Mousse – Layers of moist chocolate sponge and chocolate mousse, sandwiched to create an amazing soft chocolate cake which everyone will love.
Hazelnut mousse – Vanilla sponge and hazelnut mousse made from hazelnut praline and white chocolate.
Strawberries and cream – vanilla sponge with sweet strawberries in fresh cream, a classic sensation.
Jam and Cream – Back to basics with raspberry jam and fresh cream sandwiched between fresh layers of sponge.
Blackforest – Chocolate sponge sandwiched with fresh whipped cream and cherries.
Cupcakes and individual cakes can also be made in any of the above flavour varieties.
